借鉴员工培训理念,对软件企业员工能力需求进行分析,确立质量为核心的课改方案,以项目为载体重组课程体系,同时改革教学模式和创新评价方式,突出对专业技能、项目经验和职业素质等方面的训练。
Borrowing the lessons of the employee training idea, this article established the quality-based project of curriculum reform by analyzing the competence requirement of the employee in the software industry, and innovated the teaching mode and appraisal method to strengthen the training in specialty skills and vocational quality.
