黄炎培是我国现代职业教育的奠基者。其职业教育思想的形成经历了孕育期、形成期和发展期,他通过考察美国教育,比较中美职业教育,接受杜威的职业教育思想,与本土化相结合,为中国现代职业教育思想的形成打下了坚实的基础。

Huang Yan-pei was the founder of vocational education of China. His vocational education thought experienced introduction period, formation period and development period. Through investgating American education, eomparasing vocational education between China and America, he borrowed something from Dewey＇s vocational education thought, which was combined with China＇s vocational education. Huang Yan-pei lay a good foundation for the development of Chinese vocational education.
