职业教育促进农村劳动力转移的功能、模式及策略

On the Function, Model and Strategy of the Acceleration of Vocational Education to the Rural Labor Force Transfer

职业教育在农村劳动力转移中大有作为,它具有"化民"、"安民"、"育民"、"富民"等独特的功能。职业教育在促进农村劳动力转移中应分别构建以政府、学校、企业和社区为主体的发展模式;同时必须实施积极的职业教育发展策略,包括:目标策略、办学策略、经费策略和课程策略等。

Vocational education plays an important role in the transfer of rural labor force. It has some unique features as ＂reforming people＂, ＂assuring people＂, ＂educating people＂ and ＂enriching people＂. The author of this paper believes that in promoting the transfer of rural labor force the development model of vocational education should be constructed separately as the main body of government, schools, enterprises and communities; at the same time it needs to implement an active development strategy for vocational education, including target strategies, school strategies, funding strategies and curriculum strategies.
