摘要
通过分析高新技术企业与技术创新的关系,提出了高新技术企业治理结构对技术创新能力影响的5个关系假设,并建立了一套适合研究的治理结构与技术创新能力的指标。
Through analysis of the relations between high - tech enterprises and technological innovation, this paper puts forward five hypothetical relations of technological innovation capability on the impact of high - tech corporate governance, It also establishes a set of suitable indicators concerned with governance and technological innovation capability.
