摘要
以湖南省内63家制药企业为研究对象,按照人力资源管理最佳实践观的一般原则,通过考察人力资源实践活动和绩效指标,验证并探讨人力资源管理最佳实践活动内容,研究发现基于绩效的薪酬制度、严格的招聘和甄选、广泛的技能培训和开发、高度的工作保障等实践活动与企业绩效关系更为紧密。
This paper is conducted with 63 pharmaceutical manufacturing firms sampled from Hunan province. In terms of the general principles of the best practices view in HRM, it validates and sums up the best HRM practicing activities through investigating human resource management practices and assessing guidelines of the organization performance. The results indicate that these practices, such as performance -based salary system, strict recruitment as well as selection, comprehensive skills training and perfect job security, have stronger relations with the organization performance.
