My Opinion on the Basis of SWOT Analysis of General Universities' Strategic Management

从当前我国高等教育的格局出发,运用战略管理中的SWOT方法,来分析一般高校发展的内外部环境因素,并通过SWOT矩阵分析,阐述如何进行选择和制定战略来凸现一般高校的核心竞争力,实现其自身的生存和发展。

Proceeding from present patterns of higher education in our country , this text analyzes the domestic and foreign environmental factors of the general universities by SWOT method in strategic management, and explains how to choose and make strategies that can show more core competitiveness. By matrix of SWOT analysis, this essay will discuss how to realize the general universities＇own existence and develop by selection and making strategies.
