摘要
高师院校承担着两代师德培育的重担,应以继承大学传统师德为切入点,有效促进师德精神的传承;以校训和校风凝练为结合点,不断提升现代师德的内涵:以师德典型引导为着力点,大力营造良好的育人环境:以完善和落实制度为重点,积极探索师德建设的长效机制。
Teachers Colleges bear the burden of two generations'morality nurturing. Inherit the traditional morality of colleges should be treated as the breakthrough point, to rffectively promote inheritance of teachers' morality spirit;Treat the cohesion of the school motto.as the integration point to improve the content or modem teacher's morality;Tomake an excellent environment by leading morality models, which should be the focal point;Fo- cus on improving and implementing the system, actively explore the long-term mechanism of building teacher's morality.
