文章从对班主任专业化的认识出发,提出了班主任专业发展存在的现实问题,指出了班主任专业化是提高班级管理水平的需要,班级建设是促进班主任专业化发展的重要载体,并阐述了如何发展班主任专业的策略。

Starting from the professionalization of the head teachers , the author raised some questions in professionalization in reality. The professionalization of head teachers is necessary to improve the class management meanwhile class management is the carrier for the professionalization. The author offers some suggestions.
