摘要
目的探讨2种保存介质及不同时间保存脱位牙对牙周膜细胞活性的影响。方法采用正畸拔除的第1、2双尖牙共130颗,每组10颗,拔除后立即放入牛奶、生理盐水或对照处理。阳性对照组为牙脱位后立即计数牙周膜细胞;而阴性对照组为脱位牙干燥后计数牙周膜细胞。在不同的时间检测有活力的牙周膜细胞数量,并与对照组进行比较。结果牛奶、生理盐水与阳性对照组比较,牙周膜细胞活性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。阳性对照组、牛奶、生理盐水与阴性对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论生理盐水、牛奶可作为脱位牙有效的保存介质,时间最长可达2 h。
Objective To evaluate the effect of two preservation medium and different time on the activity of the periodontal ligament cells(PDLCs) of dislocated teeth. Methods A total of 130 first and second premolars extracted by orthodontic treatment were placed in different preservation medium and 10 teeth in each group. The medium included milk, normal saline and the controls. The PDLCs that were counted as soon as the teeth were dislocated were used as the positive control, whereas the PDLCs that were counted after the dislocated teeth dried were used as the negative control. The active periodontal ligament cells were detected at different time and compared with those in control group. Results There were no significant differences among milk, normal saline and the positive control group ( P 〉 0.05). Significant differences were found between positive control group, milk, normal saline and negative group( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The milk and normal saline can be used as preservation medium for the storage of dislocated teeth for 2 hours at the longest in this study.
