摘要
结合顺丁橡胶多年研究结果，讨论了醇对聚合反应的影响，提出了顺丁橡胶凝聚应使用无甲醇分散剂，并进行了应用研究。结果表明，无甲醇分散剂工业应用后，减少了聚合体系的杂质，减轻了溶剂回收装置的负担，杜绝了甲醇对环境的污染，取得了较好效果。

The effects of alcohol on polymerization of butadiene were discussedon the basis of many year's researches in polybutadiene rubber industry.Methanol-free dispersant was proposed to be used in the coacervation process of polybutadiene rubber.The results of application studies showed that the impurities in the polymerization system were reduced obviously and the load of the solvent recovery plant was reduced after the methanol-free dispersant was used commercially.And the environmental pollution of methanol was accordingly eliminated.
