摘要
本文对现行CB/T14163—93中的标准时间、定额时间的涵义及在制定工时定额中的作用进行了比较分析,提出了标准时间与定额时间进行科学统一的必要性。另外,对其工时消耗的代号不够简明的问题,提出了修改建议。
This paper discusses the meaning of standard time and quota in GB/T 14163 - 93, for formalating man hour guota and it is concluded that these two concepts should be combined into one, It points out that the code name of the man hours consumption should be simplified.
