摘要
研究了电缆及电热杆油井温度场分布。提出利用简便、易行的热阻热容算式取代传统使用的有限差分法来离散建立的数学模型。模拟研究中,综合考虑了热传导、对流换热、热辐射等传热方式,并根据现场实际情况将导热系数、液体密度、比热等热物性参数当作变量处理。结合油田矿场1口油井实例,模拟出了油井的温度分布,确定了蜡凝固点的位置,优选出了自控电缆的功率大小及下入深度。模拟结果和现场实测结果比较吻合。
Studied the temperature filed distribution in oil well using electric cable and/or electrothermal rod. Used the simple and effective thermal resistance and heat content formula to replace the conventional mathematics model established by the use of the finite difference method- During simulation study, comprehensively considered the heat transfer mode such as heat conduction, convection, heat radiation and so on, treated the heat physical property parameter such as heat transfer factor, liquid density, specific heat and so on asa variable based on the on-site condition- Combined it with 1 oil well case, simulated the temperature distribution in the well, determined the location of the wax solidifying point,optimized the power and setting depth of the automatic control electric cable. The simulated result fitted well with that measured on site.
