摘要 为了充分发挥综合运输体系的整体效能,在分析我国综合运输网络布局发展现状及存在问题的基础上,结合国际的发展经验与启示,提出了基于资源与环境等约束条件下的综合运输网络布局分层次规划方法和规划内容,并在定量模型计算与定性分析的基础上,研究探讨了我国综合运输网络规划布局问题.为构建我国综合运输网络布局提供一定参考. In order to fully achieve the network's global efficiency and optimize the use of transportation resources in national economy, based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of China's integrated transportation network layout planning, along with foreign development experience, this paper proposed the hierarchical planning method and process of the national integrated transportation network layout planning considering constraints such as environment carrying capacity, and energy consumption, ect. In addition, by adopting the hierarchical planning method, a practical national integrated transportation network layout scheme was discussed based on models calculation and quantitative analysis. This paper will be instructive in designing the framework of China's integrated transportation network.
