集成ANSYS的船坞浮箱下水仿真系统

摘要 使用船坞浮箱下水是船舶下水的一种方式,为了保证船舶下水的安全性,避免下水时船舶和浮箱的危险状况,开发了集成ANSYS和Microsoft WORD的仿真系统,来对浮箱下水的安全性进行评估.该系统能自动产生优化的浮箱配载方案,并用ANSYS计算和分析浮箱的下水过程.文中介绍了仿真系统的程序框架和功能,针对浮箱下水的特点,提出了一种三维有限元计算模型.分析了系统中采用的一些关键技术,并用工程实例来说明系统计算的有效性和工程实用性. Using pontoon is one of the ways to launch ships. Traditional computation method, which considers only a few factors, is too simple to safely handle the ship launching. To ensure the safety of the ship launching, and avoid the dangerous state to both the case and pontoon, a simulation system integrated with ANSYS and Microsoft Word is developed to evaluate the safety of the launching. The system automatically generates an optimized loading plan for the pontoon and uses ANSYS to compute and analyze the launching process. This paper introduces the framework and function of the system. Considering the characteristics of the pontoon, a new 3-D computation model is proposed. Some key technology of the system is introduced. An example is used to illustrate the validity and practicability of the system.
