Methods and Key Technologies for Green Casting Process

绿色铸造工艺方法及材料装备是21世纪铸造技术发展的趋势。介绍了最可能实现绿色铸造生产的几种工艺方法,包括无粘结剂的消失模铸造、无粘结剂的V法铸造、有粘结剂的水玻璃砂型铸造等。重点阐述他们的工艺原理、应用特点及关键技术,并就目前这些工艺方法的应用过程中存在的问题及其发展方向进行讨论。

The technology, material and equipment of green casting are the development tendency of casting technology in 21st century. In this paper, some casting processes were introduced that they were considered the most possible green casting technologies including lost foam casting, V-method casting and the sodium silicate sand casting process because the lost foam casting and V-method casting used no binder, and the sodium silicate sand casting process used inorganic binder. The article focused on their technical principles, application characteristics and key technologies. And it discussed the problems of above casting processes in application now and future.
