在石油加工工业中,导致过程设备腐蚀的问题主要来自两个方面:第一是原油中的杂质;第二是加工过程中的外加物质.原油中的杂质和外加物质在石油加工过程中,由于加工条件的变化,会形成各不相同的腐蚀环境.文章就石油加工工业中十几种腐蚀环境的腐蚀情况、发生的主要部位,以及抗腐蚀金属材料的选择进行了评述.

In hydrocarbon processing industry,two main culprits responsible for the corrosion of process equipment, i. e. the impurity coming with the crude oil and additional substances generated in processing. These materals will create different corrosion atmospheres with variations of processing conditions. Here discussed were the corrosions occurred under a dozen of corrosion atmospheres,the main corrosion spots and selection of corrosion-resistant materials.
