摘要
目的探讨带状疱疹(HZ)的临床表现、治疗与带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的相关性。方法回顾性分析102例患者的一般资料、临床表现、治疗及临床转归。结果病程及PHN的发生与患者年龄、健康状况和治疗方法相关。结论及时治疗和合理用药对缩短病程及防止PHN的发生有帮助。
Objective To explore the clinical manifestation of and postherpetic neuralgia. Methods One hundred and two patients prognosis and postherpetie neuralgia were related to the patients age, treatment and reasonable option of medicines are helpful for recovery herpes zoster and the relationship between therapy option with herpes zoster were reviewed clinically.
