结直肠癌术后不同配方早期肠内营养72例分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较不同配方早期肠内营养(EN)对结直肠癌术后患者营养状态、免疫功能及临床结果的影响。方法将72例结直肠癌术后患者随机分为不含膳食纤维整蛋白型EN制剂组(瑞素组)、含膳食纤维整蛋白型EN制剂组(能全力组)和含氨基酸的短肽型EN制剂组(百普力组)。3组均予以营养支持至术后第8天。测定术前后各组的营养指标、免疫功能、并观察术后胃肠道功能恢复时间、并发症发生情况、营养支持费用。结果3组各自术前后各营养指标、免疫功能及术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义;百普力组营养支持费高于能全力组,能全力组营养支持费高于瑞素组。能全力组术后胃肠道功能恢复时间较瑞素组或百普力组提前,瑞素组和百普力组差异无统计学意义。结论结直肠癌患者术后早期应用整蛋白型或短肽型肠内营养均是安全、可行、有效的。从经济学角度出发,如果患者胃肠道消化、吸收功能正常或大致正常,应首选整蛋白型,次选短肽型;首选不含膳食纤维整蛋白型,次选含膳食纤维整蛋白型。
