摘要 二连油田稠油油藏埋藏浅、储层物性较差、储层非均质性严重,单层厚度小(平均2.2m),采用小井距注蒸汽吞吐开采,在经济上和技术上存在很大的风险性。以吉32热采试验区的开发实践为基础,分析了其注蒸汽吞吐开采特点,研究了影响吞吐效果的因素,提出适合薄油层稠油热采的厚度筛选标准及注汽参数,并对其开采效果进行了技术经济评价。结果表明:虽然试验区油层物性条件较差,但只要针对油藏特点、采取有效措施,高寒地区的稠油热采不但技术上可以取得成功,经济上也是可行的。根据试验区注汽井间干扰严重的特点,利用干扰剔除法对井间干扰效果进行了客观、真实的评价。吉32试验区热采开发的成功,不但为高效、科学开发二连油田的稠油资源打下了基础,其开发经验对国内同类型稠油油藏的开发同样具有指导意义。 Maling oil field is a low permeable medium sized sandstone oil reservoir with stronger heterogeneity, which is small in thickness, poor in continuity and composed of many sand bodies. After entering into the medium high water cut development stage, a series of problems, such as water cut rising quickly, oil production decreasing rapidly, well pattern being out of control, injection production system becoming unsuitable and formation damage getting serious, occurred in this field. In this paper, the authors studied them from the reservoir geology, production performance, vertical and horizontal distribution of remaining oil and summarized the successful procedures used for increasing oil production and tapping the potential in enhancing oil recovery of Chinese oil fields of various types, which provides a helpful guide to the development of the similar fields in the future.
