摘要
研究电力设备带电水蒸汽清洗技术,需要对污秽绝缘子串在高温水蒸汽环境中的闪络电压进行测量,并与常温水雾环境中的污秽绝缘子串闪络电压进行比较,以保障水蒸汽带电清洗绝缘子串时电力系统的工作安全。使用定量涂刷法对绝缘子进行均匀染污,通过固定灰密,改变盐密,绘制了试品绝缘子串在不同环境中的闪络电压曲线。结果表明:高温水蒸汽环境中,污秽度在低于盐密0.15 mg/cm2、灰密1.0 mg/cm2条件下,绝缘子串闪络电压高于系统最高运行相电压,可以保证系统安全。
For the purpose of investigating power equipment's electrophorus vapor washing technique,the flashover voltage of the polluted insulator strings in high-temperature vapor should be measured and compared with that of the polluted insulator strings in room-temperature fog.The safety of power system should be ensured when the insulators are cleaned by vapor.The insulators are polluted uniformly by brushing.With the NSDD value constant,flashover voltage dependence of insulator strings wetted under different conditions relates the voltage to the SDD value.The results show that in high- temperature vapor surrounding,under the pollution severity lighter than SDD 0.15mg/cm^2 and NSDD 1.0mg/cm^2 ,the flashover voltage of insulator strings is higher than the highest operation voltage of system. The system security can be ensured.
