摘要
基于北京什刹海、昆明湖、奥运湖、朝阳公园湖、玉渊潭5个景观湖泊浮游藻类调查,对比分析了其数量、种属组成及Margalef种类丰富度指数、Shanon-wiever多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数,结果表明:除奥运湖外,其余四湖均为富营养水体,昆明湖、奥运湖、什刹海水质要好于其它两个;对5个湖泊浮游藻类种属结构与生物指数进行聚类,种属结构聚类结果是朝阳公园、玉渊潭和奥运湖为一类,生物指数聚类结果是玉渊潭与朝阳公园湖为一类,表明再生水对浮游藻类种属结构影响较大,水质跟生物指数具有一致性。
Based on the investigation of the phytoplankton in five landscape-lakes,that is,Shichahai Lake,Kunminghu Lake,the Olympic Lake,Chaoyang Park Lake,Yuyuantan Park Lake in Beijing,the biomass,species composition,Margalef's species richness index,Shanon-wiever's diversity index,Pielou's uniformity index of the phytoplankton are contrasted and analyzed.The results show that the others are all identified as eutrophic water body except Olympic Lake,and the qualities of Kunminghu Lake,Olympic Lake and Shishahai Lake are somewhat better than the rest.Besides,composition and the biological indexes of the phytoplankton were used in the cluster analysis,the result is that the Olympic Lake,Chaoyang Park Lake and Yuyuantan Park Lake are in the same category,as for biological index,Chaoyang Park Lake and Yuyuantan Park Lake are in the same category which means reclaimed water has great influence on species structure of phytoplankton,while water quality has the same tendency with biological index.
