摘要
对微型汽车离合器故障进行统计,发现它的主要故障为摩擦材料的早期磨损现象。通过分析得出离合器操纵机构传动比偏大,使离合器分离不彻底,造成滑磨时间过长是离合器早期磨损现象的主要原因。因此,通过对微型汽车离合器操纵机构传动比的研究来改善离合器的早期磨损现象很有意义。
The main fault of mini -car's clutch is friction material's early abrasion phenomenon. Analyzing the main mason that is the transmission ratio of operation system is bigger, making the clutch can't separate completely and the time of friction longer. It is necessary to investigate the transmission ratio of operation system in clutch so as to improve the early abrasion phenomenon of clutch.
