摘要 从病猪脏器病料中通过细菌培养、生化试验分离鉴定出了121株猪链球菌。经PCR技术鉴定马链球菌兽疫亚种28株,占23.1%,猪链球菌24株,占19.8%,其中猪链球菌2型4株,占3.3%,猪链球菌9型2株,占1.7%,猪链球菌1型和7型都没检测到,证实省内除了猪链球菌2型外,也存在其他血清型的猪链球菌。 In this assay, 121 Streptococcus suis strains were isolated from tissues of diseased pigs by means of bacterial culture, biochemistry test and PCR. 23% strains (28 out of 121) were determined to be Streptococcus equi and 19.8% strains (24 out of 121) were found to be Streptococcus suis by PCR. Among 24 strains of Streptococcus suis, 4 strains (account for 3.3 %) belonged to Streptococcus suis serotype 2 and 2 strains (account for 1.7%) belonged to Streptococcus suis serotype 9. None of serotype 1 or serotype 7 Streptococcus suis was isolated. The result showed besides SS2 (Streptococcus suis serotype 2) there were multiple serotypes of Streptococcus suis in Hunan province.
