摘要
深孔加工因无法直接观察刀具切削情况,只能通过听声音、看切屑、观察机床负荷及切削液压力等方法来判断排屑及刀具磨损状况,且钻杆较长、易振动,至使加工难度较大。根据零件要求,选择合适的加工工具、合理的加工方法,是确保加工顺利完成、保证加工精度及提高生产效率的关键。
The deep hole processing is unable to observe cutting situation of cutting tool, it can only listen to the sound, look the scrap, observe methods and so on to judge the escape of chips and the tool wear condition static load and cutting hydraulic pressure , and the drill rod is long easily to vibrate, and causes the processing difficulty to be big. According to the components request, chooses the appropriate finishing tool, the reasonable processing method, is guaranteed that the processing completes, the guarantee working accuracy and the enhancement production efficiency key smoothly.
