摘要 白细胞介素18(IL-18)是IL-1细胞因子家族成员,主要由单核巨噬细胞系统的细胞分泌,其基因结构、合成表达、受体与信号转导等方面比较特殊,IL-18具有多种生物学功能,特别是具有诱导产生IFN-γ的强大功能,它在先天及后天的免疫应答调节中发挥重要作用,在刺激T细胞增殖、增强Th1型反应、细胞毒性T细胞和自然杀伤细胞等活性,抗肿瘤、免疫调节等方面有着积极的作用。对IL-18的生物学特性的研究发现,它在某些疾病病理状态,包括自身免疫及感染中作为潜在的效应因子而发挥调节作用。 IL-18 is one of the latest discoveries of pleiotropic cytokine belonging to IL-1 family, secreted by mono-macrophage. The gene construction, synthesis and expression, receptors and signal transduction of IL-18 are different with other cytokines. IL-18 plays an important role in innate and acquired immune regulation, which encodes an inducer of production of IFN-γ and promote T cell proliferation and enhance the activity of Thl cell CTL cell and NK cell responses. It plays an active role in anti-tumor and immuno-regulation. There might be a variety of potentialities in some pathological status like autoimmune and infection.
