复方免疫活性因子对奶牛亚临床型乳房炎的疗效观察

Curative Effects of Compound Immunocompetence Active Factors on Subclinical Mastitis of Dairy Cows

用CMT法检出患隐性乳房炎的实验用奶牛,将检出的阳性奶牛72头随机分为4组,A、B、C 3组为试验组,使用复方免疫活性因子治疗,其中A组为肌肉注射,B组为静脉注射,C组为乳房注射;D组为抗生素对照组。分别在注射药物以后的当天,第2天至第6天用CMT诊断液检测治疗效果,并称量治疗过程中奶牛的泌乳量,用利普斯50试剂盒检测治愈奶牛牛乳中的抗生素残留。结果表明,复方免疫活性因子对奶牛亚临床型乳房炎有较好的治疗作用,治疗后阳性率可降低30.5%以上,同时可使产奶量明显增加,治愈奶牛牛乳中无抗生素残留。

To demonstrate the effects of compound immunocompetence factors on dairy cows with subclinic mastitis, 72 dairy cows with subclinic mastitis dected by CMT assay were arranged randomly into 4 groups named A,B,C,D, and dairy cows in A, B,C groups were injected with compound immunocompetence factors intramuscularly,intravenously and into breast, respectvely, while thoes in D group treated with antibiotic. The theraptic effects were dected with CMT assay in the day of 2 to 6 after treatment, meantime the amount of milk produced by above cows were weighted, and the anibiotic residues were dected with ECLIPSE50 E50. The results showed that the mastitis positive rate of dairy cows in group A,B and C declined over than 30.5 %, and the amount of milk production of these diary cows enhanced significantly, and the antibiotic residues were not dectable.
