摘要
以农村生活废弃物为发酵原料,在35℃条件下,采用批量发酵工艺,探讨了不同条件对沼气发酵的影响。结果表明,农村生活废弃物是一种极易降解的有机原料,在沼气发酵过程中极易造成挥发性有机酸的累积;与大多数农村常用发酵原料相比,农村生活废弃物发酵高峰期比较滞后,从第20 d开始,产气高峰持续35 d。其沼气发酵最佳料液浓度为TS 6.35%左右,平均TS产沼气潜力为630 mL.g-1,VS产沼气潜力为660 mL.g-1,是一种优质的沼气发酵原料。
Batch fermentation of rural domestic waste was conducted to study the effects of different parameters in the process at 35℃. The results showed that the waste was ready degradable and volatile acid was easy to he accumulated during the fermentation process. Compared with most common rural fermentation feedstock, the fermentation peak of rural domestic waste was relatively lagged, began at the 20th day and lasted for about 35 days, and it had higher biogas production potential. The optimum TS concentration was 6.35%, and the average biogas production potential was 630 mL·g^-1 based on TS digested, or 660 mL·g^-1 based on VS digested.
