论述了一种基于数据库的回转体CAPP工艺决策系统，介绍了工艺路线的生成与推理策略，并通过ODBC调用数据库解决了传统CAPP系统数据管理的不足。

In this paper, a process decision-making system based on database for turned components CAPP is discussed, the generation of process steps and reasoning methods are proposed and the disadvantages on data management of traditional CAPP system are solved by means of database through ODBC.
