摘要
采用UTFL2膜厚测试系统对3种国产润滑油进行了成膜试验。对试验结果进行理论分析表明:3种润滑油的成膜性能及乏油出现的条件存在明显的差异;在不补油的状态下,最小油膜厚度随线速度的变化与Donson理论曲线有不同程度的偏离。
The film forming tests are conducted for 3 kinds of domestic lubricating oils with UTFL2 film thickness measuring system. The results are analyzed theoretically and show that the visible difference exist about film forming performanee and condition of oil - lack for 3 kinds of lubricating oils, and there is different off - line between actual and theoretical values without oil supply.
