长治市学龄前儿童睡眠问题的流行病学调查

Epidemiologic Survey of Sleep Problems in Preschool Children in Chang Zhi

目的:了解长治市学龄前儿童睡眠问题的发生及其相关影响因素,为有针对性的进行干预提供指导。方法:在长治市随机抽取423名学龄前儿童调查其睡眠状况,由专人负责对其家长进行问卷调查,采用SPSS10.0统计软件进行分析。结果:儿童每天总睡眠时间随年龄增长逐渐缩短。学龄前儿童总的睡眠障碍发生率34.78%,睡眠不安、多汗、磨牙、梦呓、鼾症等睡眠障碍,男女儿童发生情况差异无显著性。母亲睡眠时间、扁桃体炎史、家庭环境等为其相关影响因素。结论:目前长治市学龄前儿童睡眠状况令人担忧,具体表现在睡眠时间普遍不足、睡眠障碍发生率较高。

Objective ： To investigate the sleep conditions and correlative factors of preschool children in changzhi. Methods ：423 preschool children were randomly selected for investigation in changzhi. A questionnaire survey was performed on their parents, and all data was analyzed with the package of SPSS10.0. Results：The totle sleep time was getting shorter with the age of child, the prevalence of sleep disorders in preschool children was 34.78 %, there is no difference between boys and girls in the rate of sleep disorder： restless sleep, hyperhidrosis, molar, sleep talking, snoring, etc. The main risk factors that affected the sleep disordes were mother sleep time, history of antiadtis, family environment. Conclusion： In changzhi children＇ s totle sleep time is relatively less and the prevalence of sleep disorders is higher compared to the existing data,which merits a good attention.
