摘要
综述了近几年来非洲菊组织培养技术体系的研究进展,包括外植体的选择、培养基的筛选、移栽管理等方面,并提出了需要继续研究解决的问题。
Advances in tissue culture system of Gerbera jamesonii in past few years were reviewed, which included explant selection,media filtration,transplant and management. And the problems needed to further research were put forward in this paper.
