王船山身体美学观在审美的身体化与身体的审美化两方面同时建构;其基础是"身体主体观";其核心是"身心统一观";其旨归是"全性全归观"。表现为审美体验中的"体气—文气"说;"体构—结构"说;"体观—观照"说:审美意象创造中的"身体自画像"系列。
Based on the subjectivism of the body, Wang Chuanshan's body esthetics stresses the connection between the body and esthetics. His main argument is the integration of the body and the soul and the commonality found in actual esthetic practice in the air of the body and the air of essay as well as in the structure of body and the structure of essay. The creation of esthetic imagery, Wang Chuanshan argues, is the portrayal of one's own image.
