Settlement of "Three-Group" Issues to Create Harmonious Society

目前的困难群体、特殊群体、优抚群体(以下简称"三个群体"),竞争力缺乏、经济收入低、社会心理复杂而矛盾。切实解决好"三个群体"的这些问题,是社会主义和谐社会建设的迫切需要。

Problems occur in ＂Three Groups＂ （the group in plight, the group in need, and the group deserving help priority）. These problems may bring our harmonious society problems like lack of competitiveness, low income, poor system for lcgalrights maintenance, and social psychological disorder. Complying with the ＂five principles＂ is the proper channel to solving the ＂Three-Group Issue＂.
