论高师教师教育课程结构改革

摘要 中小学教师是基础教育课程改革的实践者和主导力量,必须具有完善的"教什么"和"怎么教"的知识结构。高师教师教育要培养适应基础教育需要的新型师资,必须大力推进课程结构改革,构建由普通教育课程、学科专业课程、教育理论课程和教育实践课程构成的课程结构,以促进基础教育改革走向深入并取得实质性成效。 The elementary and middle school teachers are the practicer and leading force in the reform of basic educational course. They should have the perfect knowledge structure of "what to teach" and "how to teach". The aim of higher teachers' education is to cultivate new typed teachers who can meet the needs of the requirement of the basic education. Therefore, the higher teachers' education should greatly promote the reform of course structure, constitute a course structure which consists of general educational course, major course, educational theoratical course and educational practicing course, and promote the basic educational reform to go deeper and again substantial achievements.
