中药改良骶管冲击疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

Clinical research of using improved therapy of sacral canal injection with traditional Chinese drug to treat Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的:探讨中药改良骶管冲击疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将96例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为2组。治疗组48例,采用参麦注射液改良骶管冲击疗法治疗;对照组48例,采用卧硬板床、腰椎牵引、口服塞来昔布治疗。对比2组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(RA=0.439 6,RB=0.560 4,u=2.147 0,P=0.032)。结论:中药改良骶管冲击疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果显著,可以在临床推广。

Objective：To evaluate the curative effect of improved therapy of sacral canal injection with traditional Chinese drug on Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation（LDH）. Methods：96 patients with LDH were randomly divided into 2 groups. 48 cases in experimental group were treated with improved therapy of sacral canal injection with traditional Chinese drug, while the others in control group were treated with lumbar traction and oral administration of Celecoxib capsules and lying in stiff bed. The curative effects were observed. Results： The curative effect in experimental group was better than that in control group and there was statistical difference between the two groups （ RA = 0,439 6, RB = 0. 560 4, u = 2. 147 0, P = 0. 032 ）. Conclusion： The improved therapy of sacral canal injection with traditional Chinese drug has significant curative effect on LDH and is worthy to be generalized in clinic.
