摘要
用浓度为500mg/L多菌清液、500mg/L甲基托布津液、1000mg/L特克多液分别处理白天鹅厚皮甜瓜1min,风干后再用厚0.015~0.03mm、30cm×20cm大小的低密度聚乙烯保鲜袋单瓜包装(袋不封口),于常温下贮藏。结果表明:1000mg/L特克多液的处理效果较好,可有效抑制病菌的发生、减少水分损失、保持果实品质,延缓果肉软化速度,延长贮存时间。
"Baitiane" muskmelon was treated by 500 mg/L Carbendazim, 500 mg/L Thiophanate -methyl and 1000 mg/L Turk for 1 rain respectively, after air seasoning, they were wrapped with fresh -keeping bag, and then stored at the normal temperature. The results showed: the effect of 1000 mg/L Turk was better than that of the others, it could effectively maintain the quality of muskmelon, decrease the softening rate of the fruit and prolong the storage time.
