摘要
运用气体流动的动量方程,建立模拟计算二次配风形式燃烧器内部气体流动特性———一、二次风率、火盆、火道进出口气流速度、静压力等的数学模型,并分析了计算方法对计算结果的影响。最后举例计算分析了炉膛负压、送风压力对燃烧器内部气动特性的影响。
By means of momentum equation of gas flow,the teching model of simulative calculation for internal gas flow feature of secondary air distribution type of burner,such as the first and secondary air rate,inlet and outlet gas flow velocities and static pressures of fire devil and fire duct,are set up.The influence of calculation methods on calculation results are analyzed.And finally the influence of negative pressure of furnace hearth,the air feed pressure on internal gas flow feature of burner are analyzed by an example calculation.
