摘要 介绍了一种电动跑步机上使用的开关电源设计,采用TL494作为脉冲宽度调制芯片,并在CPU的配合下进行速度的闭环控制,实现了直流电机的调速,同时还设计了过热、过流等保护电路,本设计的电源具有电路简单、性能可靠等特点。 In this paper, we design a switching power supply which is provided for the motorized treadmill. We choose the chip TL494 for the pulse width modulation. And in conjunction with CPU, the DC motor speed regulation is realized under closed control. Besides, a protection circuit is designed to prevent overheating, over current, etc. This power supply has such advanced features as a simple circuit and reliable performance.
