摘要
针对可重复使用运载器(RLV)热防护系统(TPS)胶接结构局部脱胶失效问题,建立热防护系统胶层脱胶传热二维分析模型,利用有限元软件ANSYS进行热防护结构传热分析和热应力求解。结合具体算例,得出在无外力作用下,当胶层的导热与脱胶后真空缝隙的辐射传热二者的当量热阻相同时,由脱胶产生的热应力不易引起脱胶区域的扩展,所得结论对TPS胶层设计有一定的指导意义。
Subject to the invalidation of part unglued structure of thermal protection systems(TPS)of reusable launch vehicles (RLV), a two-dimensional model is introduced on part unglued structure of TPS, and the temperature field and the thermo-stress field of the heat transfer model is computed by using the finite element programming-ANSYS. According an idiographic example, the result is given that the unglued gap was hard to spread under the thermo-stress, when the thermal resistances of the pastern and of the radiation heat transfer in the vacuum gap are equal, without exoteric strength. The conclusion could be used in the design of the pastern of TPS.
