浮法玻璃厂蒸汽过热器的开发设计与应用

摘要 通过研制、开发蒸汽过热器,使玻璃厂余热锅炉产出的饱和蒸汽提高温度成过热蒸汽,用来进一步提高对重油的加热效果,并可用高温度过热蒸汽加热氮站纯化器的再生气,将原电加热系统停用,直接节省了电能,为综合利用余热开创一个新的有效途径。 With the help of steam superheater the saturated vapor from exhaust heat boiler was turned into steam gas which can take the place of electric heating for heating both heavy oil and regeneration gas from purifier of nitrogen , therefore electric energy was saved and a new effective way to utilize waste heat was proposed.
