摘要
BIPV的诞生使得以玻璃为基板的非晶硅薄膜太阳能电池(ASi Glass)得以推广和应用。由于玻璃太阳能薄膜电池采用普通玻璃为基片,因此在BIPV使用中存在着热稳定性能和抗荷载性能差的问题,本文通过对玻璃太阳能薄膜电池上述性能进行试验测试,并对试验结果进行讨论,为玻璃太阳能薄膜电池在BIPV应用上的设计尺寸、结构方式提供参考。
The coming out of BIPV makes the use of a-Si film cell which employing glass as its substrate popular. However the poor performance of BIPV on thermal and load resistance was manifested due to its glass substrate . For this reason this paper aims at establishing a suitable test method and analyzing the test results, employing the results as basic knowledge to find available dimensions and configurations for designing BIPV.
