Effective Ways for College Instructors to Carry out Psychological Guidance in New Period

大学生心理问题已经成为高校乃至社会普遍关注的问题。辅导员作为大学生最贴近的教育群体有着独特的教育优势。高校要认清辅导员对大学生进行心理辅导的重要意义,按照新时期大学生的心理特点和人才培养目标,积极探索辅导员对大学生进行心理辅导的途径和方法,不断增强思想政治教育的针对性和实效性,开创高校思想政治教育工作的新局面。

Psychological problems of college students have become a universal concern by colleges and universities even the society. Being closest to the students, the instructors play an advantageous education role. It is significant for colleges and universities to see dearly the psychological guidance of the instructors. This paper indicates that they should aim at college students＇ psychological characteristics and personnel training patterns,actively explore effective ways to guide the students＇ psychology, enhance the efficiency and validity of political and ideological education, and open a new era of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
