摘要
针对我国砂岩油藏开采过程中出砂严重的问题,提出了改性呋喃树脂在对固砂防砂井实施先压裂、再充填陶粒砂工艺的应用方法。通过优选得出固砂剂配方及用量,经过试验,其固结物抗压强度均在13MPa以上,渗透率均在60~70μm2之间。为拓宽改性呋喃树脂在油田开采中的应用起到了指导作用。并且该固砂剂在青海油田取得了很好的现场应用效果。
Regarding to the serious problem of sand production when producing from sandstone oil reservoir in China,this paper proposes application methods of modified furan resin in sand consolidation and sand control well, which is fracturing first,is filling ceramsite next.Optimum formulation and dose of sand consolidation agent can enhance compressive strength of its consolidating material over 13 MPa,the permeability is between 60 and 70 um 2. And the sand consolidation agent gets good field application results in Qinghai Oilfield.
