摘要
以集散控制系统(Distributed Control System,DCS)应用于炔化反应生产中废氨气的回收问题为例,分析其在化工行业的应用问题。以和利时公司的DCS系统为平台,利用折线表控制方案,建立一个温度-流量随动控制系统,用低浓度套用废氨水对进入氨回收塔的废氨气进行吸收控制,经实际运行表明,该控制系统具有优良的控制性能,为节能减排、保护环境起到了巨大作用。
Taking the waste ammonia gas recovery which is realized by distributed control system (DCS) in ethynylation reaction production as example, this paper analyses the application of DCS in chemical industry. Taking the DCS of Hollyinfo company as a platform, adopting polyline-table control scheme, a follow-up control system of temperature-flow is designed, using low-concentration waste ammonia water to absorb the waste ammonia gas in ammonia recovery column. The practical work shows that the control system has excellent control performance and played an important role in energy save and exhaust reduction and environment protection.
