嘧草硫醚10%水剂的高效液相色谱分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用反相高效液相色谱外标法,以乙腈-醋酸溶液(pH3)作为流动相,用C18柱和紫外检测器(254nm),对嘧草硫醚10%水剂定量分析。结果表明,方法的标准差为0.07;变异系数为0.69%;平均回收率为99.81%。线性相关系数为0.999 3。 A quantitative analytical method for Pyrithiobac-sodium 10% AS by RP-HPLC was developed, using Acetonitrile : Acetum (pH3) =45:55 (V/V) as mobile phase, Agilent TC-C18 column and UV detector at 254nm. The results showed that the standard deviation, the coefficient of variation, the average recovery and the linear correlation of method were 0.07, 0.69%, 99.81% and 0.999 3 respectively.
