This article briefly introduced the concept of load balancing and common means of realization, and elucidated in detail the configuration.method of using BIND9 software package to carry out main and assistant DNS in Linux platform, as well as the method of using DNS to carry out load balancing, combined with online registration in praetieal work. Based on the DNS methods it was proved that ideal effect was aehieved in load balancing by testing each server load.
