高频脉冲直流软开关电子负载的实现

摘要 蓄电池在使用过程中需要定期放电,大容量蓄电池放电尤其困难。为解决这一问题,文中介绍了一种高频脉冲直流软开关电子负载,其功率电路采用能量回馈方式实现各种蓄电池的放电操作,控制电路采用离散脉冲调制方式,使逆变器中开关管实现了软开关,减小了器件损耗,提高了装置的可靠性。它具有输出波形正弦度好、品质高、稳定性好、动态响应快等优良性能,可替代传统电阻型功率负载对蓄电池进行放电操作,也可应用于仪器设备的测试实验。 The storage battery needs periodic discharge during application, the discharge of large capacity storage battery is especially difficult. To settle this problem, the paper introduces a high frequency pulse D. C. link soft-switched electron is load. The main circuit realizes the discharge of various storage batteries by the mode of energy feedback. The control circuit adopts discrete pulse modulate control mode, which realizes soft-switched of the switching tubes in the inverter to decrease the dissipation. The electronic load gets good performance in output wave quality, has the advantage of stability and dynamic response. The load can replace conventional resistance power load to discharge a storage battery,and be used to test apparatus.
