简述了目前国内外润滑油基础油原料生产的基本情况、减压蒸馏技术的进展，以及减压蒸馏与润滑油基础油生产的关系。
The present situations of production of feedstock for lube-base oils both in China and abroad, the progress in vacuum distillation technology as well as relations between vacuum distillation and lube-base oil production were briefly described.
