以张家界航空工业职业技术学院为例，介绍了实训基地的建设指导思想和目的，以及基地建设的具体方案，重点介绍了实训基地的场地建设、网络化建设和具体功能建设，以及基地建设取得的成果。
As an example of Zhangjiajie Aviation Industry Vocational and Technical College, this paper introduces the practical training base of the guiding ideology and objectives as well as specific construction program, and focuses on the training base of the venue construction, network construction and function of specific bases as well as the achieved results of construction.
