摘要
为了降低原油输送的能耗,对阿塞线实行热力越站进行了理论分析,以实际参数为依据,着重从热力和水力两方面进行了计算论证,为热力越站提供了充实的理论依据。热力计算主要是核算越站后各站的进站油温是否高于原油的凝点;水力计算主要是核算越站后泵压能否克服站间摩阻。通过在阿塞线上现场实施,实现了高效、低耗、平稳输油。
In order to reduce energy consumption in oil transportation, non-heating operation's theoretical analysis has been carried out in Arsai Pipeline, based on actual coefficients, calculation proof has been made stressing on the aspects of thermal and hydraulic, which provide enough theoretical basis for non-heating operation. Thermal calculation made is mainly to assess whether the inlet oil temperature at each station after non-heating operation is higher than crude oil's pour point; and hydraulic calculation is made to assess whether the pump pressure after non-heating operation is able to overcome the frictional resistance between stations. Through on-site practice in Arsai Pipeline, high efficiency, low consumption and stable oil transportation have been realized.
